Refund & Return Policy

At WorkIt Nutritions, product quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
However, due to the consumable nature of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under specific and verifiable circumstances.

1. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products
All WorkIt Nutritions products, including SyurgeX Pre-Workout and other ready-to-drink beverages, are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and authenticity.
Once the seal is intact and delivery is accepted, the product cannot be returned or replaced.

2. Eligible for Return / Replacement Only If:

• The product is received expired, or
• The bottle seal is broken or tampered at the time of delivery

To validate such claims:

• Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.
• It is recommended to record a video while opening the outer packaging for verification.

3. Declining Delivery
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered, please decline the delivery immediately.
Once accepted, the package will be considered delivered in proper condition.

4. Claim Process
If eligible:

Include your Order ID, proof (photos/videos), and a short description of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 2–4 business days.
If approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

5. Important Conditions

• Opened, consumed, or partially used bottles are not eligible for return or refund.
• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling are not covered.
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
